Guesty’s property management software provides property managers and management companies with an end-to-end solution to simplify the complex operational needs of short term rentals. With Guesty, users can manage listings from multiple online travel agencies including Airbnb, Booking, Agoda and TripAdvisor, and utilize the company’s guest-centric tools including: Unified Inbox, Automation Tools, 24/7 Guest Communication Services, Payment Processing and more.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat.
- Ensuring complete client satisfaction and making sure our clients are the happiest clients out there!
- Diagnosing client issues, solving problems and helping with queries about their account.
- Managing a ticket queue based on priority and SLA protocols.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong listening, typing and verbal skills
- Fast learner, autodidact (though training will be provided)
- Friendly, professional and passionate about technology
- Service and support oriented
- Native level English
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools - a plus!
