We are looking for an energetic, efficient, highly motivated, independent and tech savvy Customer Support Rep, to join our team at Lusha. In this role, you will work with Lusha's customers to resolve their service and/or technical matters.

Monday-Friday, part-time position, 2 or 3 days a week, overnight shifts only (midnight - 8:00am)

- You will provide daily support to users, including: answering questions, analysing problems, and quickly forming solutions while guiding customers through corrective steps
- Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, reported issues and completed solutions.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams


- Ability to understand, investigate, and articulate any potential issues, as well as resolve such issues
- Provide step by step technical help, both written and verbal, with attention to details
- Passionate and committed to providing the highest level of customer service
- Customer orientation and ability to go the extra mile to engage customers
- Empathetic, helpful, and positive attitude
- Great people skills
- English - mother tongue level
