Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service associate to join our support team (in Israel or in the US).

We created the world’s first on-demand, usage-based insurance platform for Unique Mobility products.
The company’s first product, SkyWatch, leverages the power of machine learning to assess and mitigate risks and provide on-demand insurance for thousands of drone pilots.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv with an office in Palo Alto, CA, VOOM is operating in the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom and is backed by leading VCs such as Arbor Ventures, F2 Capital, Kaedan, and Verizon Ventures.

Responsibilities

- Provide a memorable customer support experience by interacting with VOOM Insurance potential/existing clients
- Respond to support requests via tickets and calls in a fast and efficient manner
- Perform ticket analysis, diagnose and resolve support issues from beginning to end on numerous subject matters
- Maintain and improve an internal knowledge base and workflows
- Work closely with the R&D and Product teams to solve clients’ issues and share customers’ insights

Requirements

- Availability for 4-5 evening shifts a week, including Fridays (If from Israel)
- Previous experience in similar customer-facing roles
- Native English (American accent preferred - both written and verbal)
- Have American citizenship (If from the US)
- Fast learner, independent and detail-oriented
- Great communication skills, loves working with people of all kinds
- Technology-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Client-oriented and can-do attitude
- Team player
- Sales approach oriented
- Experience with Zendesk and Aircall - bonus
