As Spot’s CS Ops Manager, you will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the CS organization. You will report to the Director of International Sales & Customer Success and will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, BI, Support, etc. to ensure alignment of the priorities and projects that will improve CS efficiency and effectiveness. You will support the efforts to build the CS Ops and Client Enablement functions. Your duties will include improving, orchestrating, tracking, and measuring the CS process and funnel.

Responsibilities:
- Continually optimize the client lifecycle and reporting to ensure maximum value and top service for our clients
- Act as the lead owner for our main CS tool- Gainsight. Work with the Gainsight team to bring in best practices and new capabilities
- Coordinate with other departments to build ongoing processes that help support the CS needs (Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, etc)
- Track long term CS data - collect, organize and maintain data that includes up-to-date CS assets, tools, and procedures
- Assist CS leads in building new processes, training sessions, and best practices to assist the CS team in reaching their goals
- Monitor and assist with client retention
- Proactively monitor and ensure compliance with our required standards for maintaining CRM and Gainsight data while always optimizing the user experience to ensure improved CS productivity

Requirements

- 2+ years experience and demonstrated success in project management or operations enablement role in a Global High-Tech environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and the proven ability to create, organize and produce professional presentations and work plans
- Experience in working with CRM
- Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to use data to drive decisions
- A proven ability to execute and iterate, work independently yet collaboratively
- Experience working with executive leadership across functions
- Extreme detail orientation & no loose ends mentality
- High bar interpersonal skills, team player by design
