Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experience Customer Success Operations Manager to:
- Improve current operations and work procedures.
- Ensure team’s performance at top level.
- Provide accurate data regarding the team’s performance.
- Interface with customers, partners, product management, R&D, marketing and more.

1. Monitor and manage the operational aspects of our customers success team, including team’s KPIs and the renewal and upsell process of all customer accounts.
2. Formulate reports of usage, renewals, customer interaction etc.
3. Perform surveys and validate customer health score.
4. Manage all customer success supporting applications (including Salesforce).
5. Work together with the account management team, who are responsible for renewing and expanding existing clients.
6. Work together with the finance team to validate customers payments.
7. Administer customer’s orders (new and renewal).

Requirements

- 3 years of experience as operations manager; preferable from cyber security or SaaS companies.
- High level of English in speaking, reading, and writing – must.
- Experience working with Salesforce – must.
- Excel - high level and proven experience – must.
- Industrial Engineering or Business Administration degree.
