Description
FRÉ (freskincare.com) is looking for a Customer Retention Manager, who will develop the relationships with our customers, the FRÉnds. You’ll be in charge of managing the relationship with our customers and growing their lifetime. You’ll also convert leads to customers through email marketing and other channels.
- Execute our 2021 retention strategy
- Plan and implement our email marketing to potential and existing customers
- Engage and manage the daily relationship with our customers
- Grow our Customer Ambassador program

Requirements
- 3+ customer retention & email marketing
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer brand or a strong e-commerce background is a must
- Results-oriented, capacity to lead and excellent execution skills
- Ability to engage and manage a community
- Outstanding English writing skills
- Experience in the beauty sector is a significant advantage
