About the role:

The Customer Success Manager is a senior, highly independent, and self-motivated person that deeply understands the product, market and user personas. The Customer Success Manager is responsible to create policies, procedures, and materials that optimize the customer experience, gather feedback from the customers, and analyze data to identify user behavior and define best practices. The Customer Success Manager may also develop relationships with new potential customers and promote the product in new markets.


- Work with Growers’ most valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed.
- Be involved in all aspects of support, demonstrating the product, educating customers, and more.
- Gain a deep understanding of your customer’s goals by building trust and creating meaningful relationships among key stakeholders.
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the product team.
- Analyze customer data and metrics to improve customer experience.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer success plans, identify and forecast risk to minimize churn, ensure strong customer engagement, and generate growth opportunities.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Build and execute an account-specific relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls, quarterly business reviews, account documentation.


- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
- 5+ years of experience in agriculture or agritech company.
- Experience working with customers globally as a CS, Bizdev, or Salesperson.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly, fast learner with interest in technology and data solutions.
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
- A true team player.
- Success-oriented spirit with a focus on customer delight.
- Fluent English as a mother-tongue language.


- Experience with SaaS products in startup companies.
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in agronomy or a technology-related field.
