Navina develops a medically-informed AI platform to restructure chaotic information into an immediately clear, diagnostically-linked, actionable Patient Portrait.

This data presentation gives physicians a radically reinvented view of their patient, resulting in better treatment and reduction of missed diagnoses and increased revenues.

Navina was selected by leading multi-speciality groups and ACO’s in the US to support their physicians as they grow exponentially.
Navina is also collaborating with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Innovation Lab.

To support our growth in the US market, we are looking for a customer success manager that will be responsible for deploying Navina’s solutions, and build long-lasting relationships with leading medical institutions in the US.

- Support the implementation of new customers, best practices, and functionality to expand new and existing accounts
- Deploy Navina’s solutions, and build long-lasting relationships with leading medical institutions in the US, along with understanding their needs
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across accounts through account planning, proactive client communications as well as performance measurement.
- Support for ongoing communication with the company's new and existing clients on both technical and operational needs.
- Develop opportunities to drive up-sells and contract renewals.
- Analyze key account statistics and performance metrics to identify pain points and patterns, delivering ROI and optimizing value for our customers.
- Assist with technical support


- Minimum of 3 years of customer success management experience with American clients (B2B) in a Hi-Tech environment
- A proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships
- Excellent/Native spoken and written English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- High technical orientation is required
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- General orientation or experience with B2B sales
- Open to working occasionally on Fridays, as well as within US time zones EST- PT
- Availability for future travels
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry in the US - advantage
