Pangeo by GeoEdge enables customers from all around the world to view, monitor and validate geo-targeted content and ads from any device, in any location, using a complete, secure, easy-to-use premium proxy and geo-testing solution.

The Pangeo Customer Success Manager fills a dynamic and essential client-facing role, interacting collaboratively with clients, sales and support to deliver outstanding results. As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle, act as an advisor for product and strategic decisions, plan, manage and execute communication that directly supports the ongoing success and adoption of the GeoEdge’s SAAS products.

You will provide thought leadership and actionable recommendations to ensure customers take full advantage of the GeoEdge portfolio and product capabilities.

You will also aid the Sales side with various assignments.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer’s business challenges while functioning as an advisor for “Best Practices” while driving adoption of GeoEdge solutions within your assigned accounts
- Training and educating customers on how to effectively utilize product offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional GeoEdge teams which consist of GeoEdge sales and support staff
- Aid with various sales assignments including managing incoming leads

Requirements

- At least 2 years of proven experience in customer facing role - must!
- Excellent customer oriented individual, prioritizing and problem solver approach
- Strong technical skills and experience using CRM
- Excellent English speaker with great written communication skills – must
- Strong Business and Sales orientation
- Ability to meet and exceed targets and expectations
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- SDR experience for lead generation – advantage
- Training experience – advantage
