Syte is looking for the next talented and super motivated Customer success manager to join our growing team . We are the leading AI-driven visual search and recommendation technology for retails. Syte’s help retailers, marketplaces, and mobile device manufacturers deliver unprecedented customer engagement with visual AI solutions that connect shoppers with the products that inspire them.

In this role you will:
- Plan and Provide outstanding on-boarding experience to Syte’s new customers
- Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate constant value.
- Drive customer's renewal by monitoring and maintaining excellent customer health in all aspects
- Drive growth by identifying upgrade\ up-sell \cross-sell opportunities and generating new revenues with existing customers
- Develop exceptional relationships with Syte’s customers by functioning as trusted advisor and grooming Syte’s champions on the customer’s side
- Provide business insights internally for improving customer’s experience
- Develop best practices for providing clear value through the entire customer journey


- 4+ years of experience as CSM\ AM or equivalent customer facing roles in international enterprise B2B customer management-Must
- Experienced with owning customer’s renewals and expansions technically and commercially - Must
- Exceptional customer orientation, interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills -Must.
- English fluency both verbal and written-Must
- Experience of working with E- commerce clients and Understanding E - commerce analytics - Big advantage
- Ability to be Independent , proactive and out of the box thinker
- Workdays from Monday - Friday
- Travel required - 10%-20%
