Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager who is passionate about technology trends and innovation, to join our fast-growing startup. We provide a SaaS solution that allows enterprises to speed-up and streamline their innovation and technology evaluation and adoption programs.

As our customer success you will serve as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of customers, beginning from last stages of sale and through onboarding, project success and renewals. You will proactively engage accounts to ensure optimal leverage of the product and its best practices towards customer's business goals, thinking outside the box for ways customers can increase business value and drive long term customer success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead Onboarding, Training, Education, and Implementation of the company’s solutions
· Handle support requests quickly and efficiently. Maintain daily interactions to establish strong relationships and get a clear understanding of the customers’ needs
· Collaborate internally with engineering and product to escalate customer issues as appropriate
· Serve as internal advocate for customer’s needs and requirements to influence the product roadmap
· Monitor customer value and utilization trends, including regular customer “health checkups” and proactively act upon them

Requirements

· At least 2 years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager in a software company
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar

Technical skills:
· Experience with JavaScript, Python, MATLAB
· Experience working with DB environments (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
· Familiarity with Network and security protocols
· Experience with SaaS/ Cloud based software solutions
· Strong people skills necessary to interact with customers and peers.
· Self-starter, proactive, focused.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong account management, project management and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
· English at a native tongue level – MUST
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills
· Startup experience - Advantage
· Experience in PoC /pilots process – Advantage
· Ability to travel occasionally
