As a Customer Success Manager at Slidely, you will be part of our top notch customer relations team that is obsessed with providing value to Promo’s beloved customers.

We find it super fun to support a product where the customer’s feedback is overwhelmingly positive. You will be focusing on our global enterprise customers, responsible for understanding the end-to-end customer journey in order to optimize opportunities and help users realize the full potential of Promo.

You should be wildly ambitious, talented and passionate about our customers; you should live to serve, understand customer needs, and love for innovation. The candidate will demonstrate core traits of ambition and curiosity about customer's business needs.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with our enterprise and SMBs customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with Promo and drive account growth and usage.
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and growth objectives in assigned accounts.
- Conduct customer training and onboarding sessions.
- Empower customers to achieve their goals and overcoming their video marketing challenges with Promo's product.
- Segment customers based on customer value and behavior; reward and recognize high-value customers based on their value to improve KPIs and gain insights into business.
- Work with content team in order to create meaningful educational content that will help customers succeed with Promo.
- Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of Promo and generate opportunities to upsell.


- 2 years prior experience in post sales/customer success - Must.
- Experience working for a international SaaS/Web/Tech company - Must.
- Native English Speaker - Must.
- Experience in online video marketing - Advantage.
- Proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Proven track record in delivering great value to your customers and create an impact on business KPIs.
- Willingness to support the USA market.
