As a Customer Solutions Expert, you will:
- Provide Wix users with technical solutions.
- Analyze user behavior, content suitability, and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
- Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible.
- Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our users’ needs.
- Dive into the world of Billing - understand churn, conversion, payments, and retention.


- A natural leader and native English speaker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- You have experience working in customer solutions and have analysis and project management skills.
- You are very passionate about customer support and keep up to date with best practices in the industry.
- You are interested in Billing and the world of numbers and payments.
- You embrace the challenges of global communication and love working as part of a team. You take ownership of every project you touch and love to take initiative.
