WalkMe is looking for a passionate Customer Project Manager who can proactively lead and drive customer projects, ensuring that our global clients’ expectations are constantly met. The Customer Project Manager is the primary interface for the client’s project team and is responsible for representing the the customer’s needs within WalkMe, while ensuring a seamless and successful implementation, on-boarding and enablement process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple implementation projects, while meeting your customers' business objectives and over-exceeding their expectations.
- Act as primary interface for WalkMe's internal client project team and represent the customer’s needs within WalkMe.
- Partner with the designated Solution Engineer for technical configuration and detailed design deliverables.
- Develop in-depth project plan schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure team accountability for milestone dates and work quality.
- Provide the project's completion schedule to internal Account Managers, after considering the special project's integration needs (System setup, mass deployment, credentials and others) while assuring the quality of the project.
- Proactively identify, manage and communicate implementation risks and mitigate them effectively and efficient
- Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans to executive sponsors and internal/external project teams
- Collaborate with team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle through Salesforce design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
- Enable the customers and partners to become self-sufficient through one-on-one training and customer/partner solution reviews.
- Ensure that customers receive value from WalkMe's solutions.
- Work might entail traveling to customers workshops on a quarterly basis.


- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing Project Management role.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with delivering Enterprise Software implementations successfully.
- Proven ability to manage medium or large scale projects.
- Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and C-level stakeholders.
- A strong technical understanding: HMTL, JavaScript and CSS - an advantage
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional key European language a plus).
- BA/BS degree or equivalent - an advantage
- Mon - Fri work week
