Description

Dynamic Yield provides brands with tool-sets that leverage AI for building better performing and more relevant digital customer experiences, which in turn lead to increased customer satisfaction, engagement and long-term value.

We are looking for a Customer Product Manager to lead the product design and usage with some of our largest enterprise clients. As a soon-to-be expert in our products and in the clients' industry, you will on one hand guide our products to better fit our clients' future plans and on the other hand guide our clients' strategy and execution in using our products. You will learn to build a personalization strategy for our clients and write epics and user stories that will be developed by the engineering team to enable that strategy.

Depending on the client's timezone, you might have to join calls with the client outside of normal business hours. Light international travel required.

The Task-at-Hand:
- Become an expert in Dynamic Yield products - with a heavy focus on the technical aspect of the product
- Partner with the Data Analysis, Engineering and Development teams to resolve clients issues and answer clients requests
- Facilitate setting outcomes and measurable objectives with the clients (milestones)
- Hold clients and Dynamic Yield accountable to delivering against success criteria
- Understanding clients use cases and designing the project plans to facilitate them
- Ownership of outcomes including risk management and mitigation, clients' value realization, and clients & Dynamic Yield mutual success
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients key stakeholder
- Consult with clients towards more efficient adaptation, usage of product functionalities, best practices and resource planning to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Analyzing customers’ business including business models, key performance metrics, high-level technical architectures to build strategic account plans
- Distill value matter data from complex databases and reports
- Analyze data and deduct value-driving recommendations with the help of our data analyst team

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in product or project management or in a similar position
- At least 1 year of experience presenting to C-level executives as a vendor representative
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
- Expert level in Google Sheets/Excel
- Understand how to manipulate, analyze and interpret data
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle issues/escalations under pressure
- Committed to customer satisfaction and a passion for customer success
- Ability to work independently and through teams, at multiple organizational levels
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with well-developed interpersonal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Fluent and flawless English language abilities
- Bonus: fluency in other languages
- Bonus: experience in software development
