What is the job?

In this position, you will work as part of the technological and technical team in Customer Care. You will play an important role in supporting both the operational and developmental needs of Payoneer’s Operations departments and will partake in mission-critical projects and initiatives.

We’re looking for

a new CC Tech team member to support the technological and technical needs of Payoneer’s Operations departments with an emphasis on CRM related solutions. Is it you?

Job Description

- Work closely with business owners to understand and prioritize needs and requirements
- Implement solutions that take best practices and the end-to-end flow into account
- Implement integrations between different systems according to business needs
- Improve work procedures and processes using automation
- Investigate complex issues, identify and implement solid solutions


- Tech-savvy/technical background
- Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working with internal and external teams
- Excellent communication skills in English - both oral and written
- Good project management skills
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office

Not a must but a great advantage

- Experience in administrating a CRM/ERP system, especially Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce or similar
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL
- Experience working with integration technologies (RESTful APIs, web services, etc.)
- Knowledge in QA processes and test methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew
- Agile methodologies experience
