Myndlift is a Tel Aviv-based start up developing brain-computer-interface technology products to help in enhancing brain performance. We’re looking for a talented, creative problem solver, and technologically savvy Customer Care Specialist that cares about mental health.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in an entry-level position with a lot of potential for growth in a diverse and dynamic start-up environment.

Note that the position is intended for people that are comfortable working late-night hours.


- Monday - Friday
- Shifts working schedule: 11:30am - 08:00pm | 1:30pm - 10:00pm | 4:30pm - 1:00am
- Work with the care team on new and exciting customer-facing initiatives
- Help in shaping a great product service experience
- Answer questions of leads and clients have about the product
- Troubleshoot technical problems and help in resolving


- Mother-tongue level English - MUST!
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills
- Polite/cordial, customer-oriented
- Technology intuitive / tech-savvy
- BONUS: Experience working with CRMs and customer service
