Graduway, the leading alumni relations and mentoring software is looking for a passionate Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. As a member of our Global Customer Care organization, you will be responsible for enabling our world-class customer experience by servicing our 700+ clients through inbound requests and customer community engagements.

• Handle incoming customer queries from request-to-resolution in a prompt manner
• Provide service through a variety of channels (tickets, chat, community posts, and more)
• Monitor engagements and contribute content to customer community portal
• Liaison between customer and internal departments
• Identify areas of weakness and product/process improvement


• Native English speaker, must
• 1+ year of experience in customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills
• Solutions-oriented with high attention to detail
• Experience working with a CRM or ticketing system – advantage
• Able to work late hours (usually until 20:00 with flexibility to work in rotation until 23:00 some evenings).
