Comeet is as modern as recruiting tech gets. We’re at the intersection of leading and bleeding edge in terms of functionality, features, and user interface/experience (UI/UX). Our integrated SaaS platform provides companies with a single, integrated platform to recruit anywhere in the world.

The product’s great, and customer feedback is tremendous (feedback like “Comeet is the iPhone of recruiting” is not uncommon). Basically, business is booming.This means lots of product trials with companies interested in test driving our platform, as well as support responsibilities, and evangelism opportunities within our existing customer base. We’re looking for a truly modern Customer Support Hero to serve on the front line of our customers to provide a 5-star service.

What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers via live chat or video calls to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
- Respond to customers queries in a timely and respectable fashion
- Demonstrate and assist customers with using product features and functionalities
- Report and manage ticketing with the Dev (by attempting to replicate scenarios)
- Conduct follow-ups and check-in calls/emails
- Stay up to date and educate customers about new features
- Collect and present user feedback to product management to influence development priorities and future roadmap
- In general, you need to do whatever it takes to make their experience as wonderful as possible. You’ll understand their pain points, and be the channel through which their concerns and feedback will be heard internally so we can continually improve the product.

- The most important requirement is that you care about the experience of others. You're the type of person that would go above and beyond to resolve client issues. Friendliness and patience are necessary personality traits. It’s like working at Disney World and ensuring each guest has a great time at the park. You’ll be this person at Comeet - just without Mickey Mouse ears. You also need to be able to independently organize and prioritize tasks and schedules; this isn’t a fit for anyone who’s OK with things falling through the cracks.

- Must be able to work Mon - Thu 16:00 -1:00 and Fridays 9-3
- At least 1 year experience with customer support
- Proficiency in English + Hebrew is a MUST
- Experience with live chat is a plus
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar role is a plus
- Strong technical orientation
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Be driven: No one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are.
