We’re looking for a candidate who is organized, detail oriented, independent and passionate about the opportunity to orchestrate a global process. Temporary position for 6 months (or more), replacement for maternity leave. Starting date: middle May.

What’s the job?
- The Customer Care Global Administrator will report to the global operation manager in our customer care department and matrix report to our global trainer manager.
- He/she will lead end-to-end coordination of the global Customer Care shift and training schedules, including:
- Create and manage the global Customer Care training's schedule, as well as maintain the associates training portfolio and database.
- Gathering global schedule requests and requirements
- Creating shift and training schedules in coordination with the Analyst and Training Teams while taking into consideration the Customer Care Department’s ongoing activities, available workforce and performance goals
- Maintaining constant dialogue with global Team Leader’s to make sure their team needs are being met
- Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the schedule, managing changes, flagging deficiencies and proposing solutions


- English - Mother-tongue level
- Service-oriented approach with great communication skills
- High attention to details and patterns
- Proficient in MS Office
- Quick learner
- Full time availability
- Independent and with initiative
- Experience with shift organizer or similar program - an advantage
