Description

The Customer Approval Department oversees and operates Payoneer’s end-user onboarding process. CAD combines service-orientation with enforcement of industry Compliance standards, aiming to ensure smooth customer experience while keeping Payoneer compliant with KYC/AML regulations.

On a daily basis, CAD members review applicants’ information and documents, using a combination of internal and external policies and tools. CAD makes the decision to approve/decline/add requests for the applicant to provide additional info/docs that will help reconsider the application.

In addition to the initial onboarding process, CAD also performs reviews on various service requests (withdrawal, opt-in card, additional payment methods) and reviews existing accounts as activity increases, in order to reinforce KYC protocols.

CAD collaborates with various business departments, such as AMs and BizDev, as well as operational departments including CC, PAD, Risk, GBT.

Requirements

- Mother-tongue level English (reading, typing)
- Service-oriented approach with great communication skills
- High attention to details and patterns
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Quick learner
