Description

monday.com is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team.

We're looking for someone who can plan, develop and implement automated marketing campaigns in order to increase lead generation, demo calls and conversion rates.

You will need to know our marketing channels and their needs, set up and deploy new emails and flows, analyze and optimize for specific kpis . You’ll identify new opportunities for lead nurturing and form a new lead scoring mechanism.

We are looking for a motivated, autodidact, innovative and results-driven person, with a passion for marketing and data analysis.

About The Role

- Manage end-to-end automated marketing campaigns: from ideation, through set up & segment and ends with analysis & optimization.
- Continuously experiment: execute A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content, CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters while optimizing the content continuously.
- Build a diverse experience with several marketing materials like ebooks, case-studies and more in order to create automated, triggered, and transactional programs.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign ongoing and end results, to deliver recommendations based on insights and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Operating an admin system, analyzing & reporting, testing, project management and HTML coding.
- You’ll be working closely with our sales team in order to optimize the lead sales cycle and build a lead scoring system with suggestions to the sales team.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation- b2b experience is mandatory.
- Understanding of email best practices for email creatives, templates, metrics and associated KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with marketing automation /email marketing platforms such as
- Hubspot / Marketo / Pardot or similar
- Basic + knowledge of HTML and content management systems
- Experience working with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers.
- Experience with lead nurturing funnel management.
- Familiarity with SQL - Advantage
