Guardicore, an elite cyber security startup that is undergoing a rapid growth is looking for a customer oriented, highly technical, customer success expert to join our emerging team of professionals in Tel-Aviv. In this role, you will:

- Resolve Customer support cases for our worldwide enterprise customers
- Work closely with Guardicore’s remarkable R&D and field teams to provide timely, innovative solutions to customers and prospects
- Ensure Guardicore customer success while maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with Guardicore
- The ongoing activity is done as remote support with ability to travel on-site when required


- At least 2 years of international enterprise support experience
- MUST HAVE - deep knowledge of networking protocols: Ethernet, VLANs, routing and switching, TCP/IP, proxies etc
- Basic Windows & Linux OS
- Technical understanding of Datacenter virtualization, VMWare administration - an advantage
- Cyber Security support experience -Firewall, IPS/IDS, AV, VPN, sandboxing, endpoint security, security policy, micro-segmentation - an advantage
- Excellent spoken & written English and great interpersonal skills
- High availability and responsiveness mindset
- Customer Success approach
