We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist to manage our websites; who will be responsible for management and optimization efforts to improve user experience, maximize conversion rates and drive engagement across TIPA’s websites and other web assets.

The candidate should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with website analytics and the UX conversion strategies & tactics that help drive performance and insights. The position is on a full-time basis, to be based in Israel. Excellent English.

● The CRO Specialist will manage the company’s web assets, and leverage data to create new initiatives to drive growth and conversions to acquisitions.

● Manage and support related vendors (developers, design, etc.), prioritize projects & initiatives to best align with marketing goals.

● Work cross-functionally to optimize our website and ensure KPIs are tightly aligned with marketing objectives.

● The role-bearer will be required to manage all aspects of the website including content, design, and UX/UI.

● Build strategy for all web-related issues, and work cross-functionally across marketing to optimize the website experience for existing customers and prospects.

● Develop a holistic vision for the customer journey for the company’s web assets.

● Regularly manage web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and insights

● Minimum of 1-3 years experience in website testing and UX/UI.

● Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), with the ability to tie data into action plans

● Experience optimizing a B2B website with web optimization tools

● Ecommerce experience- advantageous.

● Former experience with CRM systems - advantageous

● Experience reporting on success/failure of optimization efforts

● Proficient in effective website design and digital marketing

● Strong digital proficiency, knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Figma, HTML, CSS

● Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing

● Excellent English, verbal and written

● The ability to work a full-time role with flexible hours.
