Description
Guesty is looking for a conversion optimization specialist to join our vibrant Marketing team. The crucial role, based in Tel Aviv, will be responsible for optimizing Guesty's lead generation and conversion strategies, covering our B2B and B2C verticals.
Duties and responsibilities
- Increase funnel marketing efficiencies and Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs, Paid Ads, and User Journeys
- Collaborate with teams responsible for content and SEO ,paid activity, email marketing, and social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
- Optimize our B2C & B2B marketing’s conversion paths which include: Increasing conversion rates and driving marketing-qualified leads for our sales team and Optimizing the lead-to-customer conversion rate
Requirements
- 2 years ofworking experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Optimize
- Past experience with inbound marketing tools, preferably HubSpot
- Proficient in using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for the lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
