Lusha is a growing startup looking for a talented Controller with a business approach to join our Accounting team and help to strengthen our Finance posture of the company’s financial processes.

What will you be doing?

- Take part of the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process
- Responsible for improving, developing, documenting and implementing accounting and finance related policies and procedures to support the company’s scale
- Manage and comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements and tax filings in the US and IL
- Participate in implementation of Netsuite (financial ERP system)
- Perform and implement different controls to ensure proper posting in the books
- Supervise the work of AP team to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Support billing-related processes and integration with financial systems

You will

- Be the owner of the procure to pay (P2P) process
- Be working directly with external audit team to ensure all financial information is properly supported
- Have a significant impact on how the financial processes in the company will be conducted
- Report to Lusha’s Director of Finance.

- Detail-Oriented. Noticing every minor change, and foreseeing any potential problems, big and small.


- 2+ years experience in high-tech companies, preferably SaaS
- CPA with a Big 4 firm experience - high-tech departments
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity and understanding of transfer pricing models and international tax planning
- Proven ability to execute on-demand projects

Nice to Have

- Knowledge in ERP/CRM Systems - NetSuite and Salesforce
- Previous experience as a controller / assistant controller with a SaaS company
- Being introduced by an Lusha employee
