We’re looking for an experienced content writer with a passion for customer communication especially through operational and promotional email channels as well as UX. They should be an all-rounder, happy to roll up their sleeves and write all types of content, including brochures, landing pages, blog posts and more. In this exciting role, you must be a fast learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of a complex business, use language to simplify them and get a thrill out of creating content that will be seen by millions of customers every single day.

What’s the job?
- Primary content writer for our CRM team, creating simple, engaging content for all promotional and operational email communication, push notifications, SMS and other channels
- Partner with our Product team to understand requirements of new projects and write UX content that clearly explains the product and actions we expect the customer to perform
- Provide all-around marketing content service to the wider organization, meeting requirements for landing pages, ads, brochures, website and more
- Contribute to the blog and Support Center with content promoting Payoneer’s new and existing services, explaining the why, what and how


- BA in communication, marketing or anything else that would make us say, “hmmm that’s interesting”
- 3+ years in content marketing with experience writing for UX and CRM
- Native English
- Experience writing clear, simple content within a product including instructional text, error and confirmation messages and automated emails
- Experience writing promotional content that focuses on the value it brings
- A true believer in customer centricity
- Someone who welcomes feedback, edits, and changes – no room for ego
- Multi-tasker who accepts multiple assignments, adapts easily to changes and always meets deadlines
- Produce copy in a quick turn-around time while maintaining high quality standards

Not a must but a great advantage
- Experience using Marketo, Jira and TFS
- Experience in fintech or marketing to SMBs a plus
