The Development and Public Affairs Division of Tel Aviv University is looking for a strong, versatile and creative content writer, with a good understanding of digital and social media.

This is a full time (100%) position for 6 months (maternity leave replacement), with the possibility of the term being extended. The work is on site at the TAU campus.

Job description:
-Writing and uploading social media posts for the University’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
-Writing and editing articles for the TAU website and other PR/marketing content.


- Relevant Undergraduate degree
- English at mother-tongue level a must (reading, writing and speaking)
- Good Hebrew a plus
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in digital content writing
- Strong technical knowledge of social media, specifically Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as standard software such as PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word, etc.
- Graphic skills a plus
- Ability to translate diverse and complicated university activities into succinct and appealing prose
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
