Global-e is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Director to join our growing team. The Content Marketing Director is a player-coach role where you’ll be both managing and creating content.

In this position, you will lead the team of marketing content writers and serve as an in-house editor, responsible for all responsible for driving content excellence, as well as create content for our wide portfolio of marketing channels, external and internal.

The Content Marketing Director will be the program lead for all of the company content deliverables, working closely with VP of Marketing to implement an integrated content strategy, in alignment with the company's marketing goals.

We’re looking for a creative individual with a passion for marketing and technology, extensive experience in content writing for B2B and SaaS and proven management skills.

- Plan, write and edit different types of content, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative, style and brand voice, in alignment with the company’s brand strategy and core messaging.
- Create best-in-class bespoke content that drives brand awareness, sales enablement, lead generation, and market engagement; Deliver effective and impactful content on a multitude of projects including blog posts, research reports, white papers, social media posts, email and digital campaigns, case studies, video scripts, thought leadership bylines, and more.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, holding other team members accountable for their part in supporting the plan. Proactively identify content gaps and liaise with key stakeholders in the company to fill those gaps.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all assets and platforms.
- Manage the creative process from start to finish, working closely with our in-house design team to create engaging, eye-catching content in alignment with our brand’s language.
- Lead our team of content writers; Drive creative and strategic thinking, guide and help them develop and execute best-in-class content.
- Continually refine and improve content, based on feedback and analytics.


- At least 5+ years of experience in content marketing for B2B SaaS companies, and at least 2 years of experience managing a content team - a must
- A native English speaker and writer with outstanding verbal and written communication skills – a must
- Experience as a content writer/ leader in a public company – an advantage.
- Proven success leading and mentoring a team of writers; previous experience in editing content produced by other writers to drive consistency across marketing materials and messaging.
- A true marketer – a real understanding of the B2B marketing world and eexceptional knowledge of current digital and integrated marketing tools, tactics and trends.
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple ongoing content projects, meet fast-paced deadlines and juggle priorities.
- A good grasp of technical concepts and strong research and analytical skills.
- An eye for detail and an ear for nuance.
- Positive, energetic, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to pivot as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
