We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to join our company as a Growth Manager.

What will you do?

- Internally, work with Data Science, Media Acquisition, Product\Growth and engineering teams to execute vertical media strategies and grow user scale
- Become the POC for companies like Google; work closely to develop business, technical and media opportunities that will propel the partnership on both sides
- Oversee diverse aspects across performance, user flow, mass content creation, acquisition strategies on managed and un-managed
- Conduct competitive research and employ the latest tech (eg. LLMs) to gain a technical and data edge
- Work with the founding team to shape the strategic vertical into one of the main growth engines of 2024 and beyond
- Orchestrate flows, Data, Facebook campaigns, R&D projects etc..

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience as “Head of”/vertical lead/ VP position (marketing, data, growth) in an AdTech, publisher or large B2C company
- 5+ years in the AdTech industry with experience in Content Arbitrage, AFS (AdSense for Search), Performance-based verticals (eg, Gaming, Mobile), or Search - MUST
- Excellent understanding of the Managed Media-buying platforms\digital marketing\Programmatic ecosystem and landscape (SSPs, Publishers etc..)
- Data-driven with excellent data analysis skills
- Business mindset, independent, proactive and creative with the ability to rally teams across projects
- A highly effective communicator with extreme attention to details
