OGC is a boutique Research and consulting firm based in Tel-Aviv and New York City, we specialize in market research-based strategy, innovation testing, and Voice of the Customer program design and optimization. We are seeking a Consulting and Analytics Sr. Manager / Director to join our team.
Our mission is to help our clients become more insightful, create happier end-customers and uncover opportunities to grow their businesses. We employ a hands-on approach to research and consulting: we follow a comprehensive discovery process, apply advanced data analysis techniques using state-of-the-art tools, draw conclusions collaboratively in cross-functional teams and utilize workshops to foster action.
Our client portfolio is international, with a focus on US based, fortune 500 companies, across a variety of industries such as Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Software.

The Role:

We are seeking a leader to join our team as Sr. Manager / Director. The ideal candidate for this position is a bright, detail-oriented self-starter, who is passionate about using data and analytics to help customers drive strategic decisions and business improvements. The right candidate for this position must have extensive experience in consulting or a consulting-related role, client engagement and trem leadership.

- Grow and manage a team of analysts
- Lead and execute on consulting and market research projects
- Engage directly with clients, most of whom are Director / VP level at large multinational corporations
- Senior point of contact / escalation point on project related issues
- Provide an expert point of view on analytical techniques
- Ensure on-time delivery of high quality work product

The position is full-time, and is based Tel Aviv. There flexibility in working remotely up to several days a week unless specific project attendance is required.


- 4-6 years experience in a client-facing capacity, in a consulting, research, or similar analytical setting
- Familiarity with a variety of quantitative analysis techniques
- BA/BS from a top university with outstanding grades. Masters a Doctoral degree in a technical field or in Business Administration preferred.
- Must speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to summarize findings and reveal patterns in data
- Proven track record in building compelling insights-based reports
- Strong sense of design in structuring PowerPoint presentations
- Strong technical background
- Knowledge of a statistical package such as SPSS, R, STATA, etc
- Willingness to travel to the US up to 4 times per year
- Ability to work flexible hours, as most of our clients are based in the US
- Knowledge of a BI tool such as Tableau or Qlik - Preferred
- Team management skills - Preferred
