Job Description
• As a complaints Coordinator you will generate, investigate, document, and summarize Customer Complaint’s events following the strictest regulatory demands and company’s procedures
• You will provide feedback and background information of returned product investigation
• You will Identify potential risks, customer dissatisfaction and escalate when relevant
• You will be asked to summarize properly Complaint’s investigations and author sensitive closure letters to answer the Customer
• You will perform analysis of complaints and trends.

REQUIREMENTS
· Job skills:
o Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effectively with peers, management members and customers
o High motivated, "team player"
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
o Paying attention to the small details and very well organized
o Self-learning and responsible
o Ability to work under strict timelines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
o Technical writing skills
o Fluent in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written, French-an advantage
· Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Language skills: Fluent in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written, French-an advantage
