The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for our clients and ensures a smooth and orderly flow of information/objectives between departments.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of the client’s business and needs
- Strategic planning and troubleshooting client-company issues
- Ensuring client’s short and long term goals are being met
- Building and maintaining close professional relationships with our Clients
- Preparing and reporting operational insight and project management information to clients as well as coordinating with our in-house Google and Facebook teams in the efforts to plan, execute, and refine marketing activities


- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B client-relations management
- Client management and communications experience with C-level executives
- General PPC experience on various platforms (Facebook, Google, Bing, YouTube, Taboola …).
- Must be able to take a methodical, analytical, and data-driven approach to solving marketing challenges
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (Accent and MySQL are an advantage)
- Must be a Native English speaker
- Understanding of CRM
- Must be confident, articulate, and possess professional speaking abilities
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A natural ability to create innovative solutions and think outside the box
