The Client Business Manager needs to be an energetic, motivated self-starter who is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow new accounts aggressively. This position requires strong initiative, solid written and verbal communication skills in Russian, English and Hebrew, relationship management expertise, Sales background, unflagging attention to detail, marketing know-how and an overall commitment to excellence.

You ideally have proven track record servicing large corporations, account management experience, Sales experience, comfort with technology products/services, an understanding of international clients and a willingness to travel and work extended hours.

What’s the job?
- Being the first point of contact for our Enterprise clients, be responsible for their growth and satisfaction with Payoneer through upsells, Marketing activities and strategic meetings.
- Serving as a liaison between the client and all internal teams ranging from compliance, risk, and development. The interaction with the clients is via phone, Face-to-face, email as well as via web-based conference & demonstration tools.
- Review and propose process improvement that drive client and market penetration.
- Build business success stories and case studies.
- Maintaining all information of customer activity within CRM platform.
- Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Draft various business reports.


- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communications
- +3 years of account management, business development or other relevant experience in a tech company
- Experience in working with International companies in different time zones.
- fluent in Russian, English and Hebrew - MUST
- Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products
- Ability to perform under high pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- IT Programs: Good Microsoft Office knowledge, Salesforce experience
- Willingness to travel

Not a must but a great advantage
- Experience in fintech or with ecommerce marketplaces
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
- Experience with direct sales for businesses engaged in cross border trade
- Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools
- Experience in working and collaborating with remote teams to get things done
