- 2+ years of experience as Product Support Engineer
- B.A/B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Highly experienced with troubleshooting skills
- Self-learner
- Highly Motivated
- Willingness to work under stress.
- Team player
- Passionate for Technology
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Relevant technical work experience including network and/or Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with enterprise network.
- Understanding of networking standards, such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, JSON
- Working with networking tools (i.e. Wireshark)
- Experience with Industrial control systems – Advantage
- Experience working in a Cyber Security company – Advantage
- Experience with MySQL / MariaDB – Advantage
- Python and/or Shell scripting – Advantage
- Working with virtual environments – Advantage
