About The Team

Innoviz Quality team is looking for a Certification and Labs Manager to drive Innoviz products certification and internal laboratories management with an overall skills and responsibilities at the areas of worldwide certification, quality and management.

Responsibilities:

Product Certification

- Lead all activities that are needed to get Innoviz products certified in different countries (CE, FCC …)
- Collect necessary data from design engineers / product engineers for product to be certified
- Making applications to certifying authorities for electronic and electromechanical products
- Co-ordinating with 3rd party laboratories for certification process
- Create the Technical Construction File for certifications

Labs Management

- Maintain 5S methodology at Innoviz labs
- Manage all measurement equipment calibrations activities
- Assure that Innoviz Labs are compliant with quality standards  
- Conduct frequent quality audits at labs, Implementation of procedures and trainings in accordance with the quality standards
- Planning and control space resources and equipment while understanding the needs of different RnD teams and production

Requirements

- At least 2 years proven experience in worldwide products certification
- At least 2 years’ experience in Laboratories management
- Project management skills
- BSc degree in the field of electronics / optics or electricity
- Good training skills and ability to perform initiation processes
- Experience with quality standards and the 5S model
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
