We are looking for a C&B and HR Operations to join our HR Operations Team.HR Operations responsibilities include employees onboarding, conducting and maintaining HR policies and procedures, controlling, maintaining and analyzing HR data and dashboards and leading global compensation processes (design and admin). This role also includes working on HR system and serving as a focal point for global HR team. To be successful in this role, you should be creative, have an analytical state of mind, have great communication skills, be a service-oriented person and A DATA GEEK!

What will you do?
- Administrate HR and C&B policies and processes, including annual incentive programs, long term incentive plans and annual merit programs.
- Participate in local and global salary surveys and provide benchmark recommendations, including researching and analyzing market trends and translate them to our company culture.
- Ensure HR data integrity through ongoing support and maintenance of HR database. Serve as a focal point of global HR team.
- Provide HR and TA data analysis. Create reports or presentations and share relevant insights.
- Work with and handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree – mandatory
- Knowledge and experience with Workday or other HR ERP
- High-level of proficiency and experience with Google and Microsoft Office tools
- HR/C&B role experience, preferably within international environment.
- A fast learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines while being detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism and initiative
- A strong customer service orientation and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- High level of analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remote
