The Opportunity

We’ve been fortunate to enjoy rapid growth and adoption by hundreds of customers, but really, we’re just getting started. As a Business Solution Manager, you will be joining a small team that moves fast.

Together with the team, you’ll be responsible for some of the most strategic initiatives at the company, handling strategic customers' efforts and supporting new products rollout to the market.

You’ll be managing complicated content marketing campaigns that require high attention to detail, excellent analytical understanding, and hands-on work.

You’ll be expected to execute fast but more importantly to solve problems and find long term solutions that can be implemented as new processes, products or features.

You’ll have the freedom to plan, experiment, and execute various technical activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will play a significant role in shaping the company’s future, by creating value for our existing and new customers. You’ll be joining us at an exciting and challenging time of fast growth, with ample opportunities to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities (or what you’ll be doing):
- Campaign management. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Manage the implementation of all operations requirements.
- Be a technical expert. Analyze campaign performance, gets insights & learnings, establish new processes, and product requirements.
- Experiment master. You’ll plan, lead and analyze the experiments in the team.
- Customer communication. You’ll be communicating with leading publishers and brands in the industry, providing top-notch service while pushing our customers to success and high product engagement.

Requirements

- BSc degree in industrial engineering, economics or mathematics
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, vlookups)
- You’re an analytical problem solver. You get to the bottom of things, you’re resourceful and don’t quit.
- You’re an independent person who runs fast.
- You’re highly motivated to succeed and willing to go the extra mile in order to get there.
- You have basic experience with SQL querying - A big advantage.
- You like people and people like you.
- You like multitasking so much, you often juggle while you sleep.
- You have excellent verbal, written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Facebook API - advantage
- Previous data analysis experience - advantage
- Familiarity with FB Ads manager - advantage
