What you’ll be spending your time on:

As Business Processes Manager (BPM), you are member of the Center of Excellence. Your core objective is to create actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data and turn them into operational processes improvements that enhance the customers’ experience and our operational scalability.

You will analyze insights from multiple sources and clarify ambiguous problems. You’ll lead, initiate and design operational processes, from ideation to execution, to improve our performance, identify new opportunities and leading the measurement concept of the CJ division. In general, you’ll accelerate our existing momentum, scale our business initiatives, and maximize Payoneer’s full potential to better serve our customers in all their interactions with us. 

You’ll partner with all CJ internal teams and units to drive operational excellence through identifying their business needs and serve them regarding business processes, systems analysis and automation and innovation opportunities.

You’ll deeply learn the various business flows and analyze relevant data by working closely with analytics. You’ll identify pain points that require improvement, what’s working well that we should duplicate, and future-fit opportunities. You’ll design operational processes including analytical and technological aspects and manage projects to execute them. To make it happen you’ll work closely with multiple interfaces, and mainly get your resources in a matrix way of working.

For you to get us there, you’ll be switching between thinking strategically about big picture initiatives, executing quickly on tactical opportunities, and troubleshooting operational issues.

You’ll do all this whilst also keeping cost and risk implications in mind, and in an environment of competing demands for resources and frequent re-prioritizations.

- Analyzing data from multiple sources and various types (qualitative, quantitative, text IQ etc.) and turn them to actionable insights
- Assessing business needs and translating them into relevant solutions
- Designing operational processes including analytical and technological aspects
- Leading an operational domain - constantly monitoring the KPIs and results, initiating and designing new solutions, promoting projects from ideation to execution and


- 3+ years background experience working as systems analysis / process engineer / BPM in a high-tech company or management consulting
- BSc. in industrial Engineering / BA in management or economics or similar field
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Able to engage diverse audiences from senior management to frontline staff
- Project management experience
- High level of English – Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Not a must but a great advantage:

- Experience with Customer Centers and Operations processes
- Experience working with remote teams
- SQL experience
