Graduway, the leading alumni relations and mentoring software is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for empowering our Go-To-Market organization by streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy across business systems.

Our office is based in Ra’anana.
Our standard working days are Monday to Friday.


- Support day-to-day administrative tasks in business systems, such as creating and mapping fields, workflows/automation, building reports, dashboards and other routine tasks
- Design and Implement system changes to support business changes
- Identify areas of weakness; partner with business leaders on system/process improvement
- Document, share and promote best practices in using technology effectively and collaboratively
- Onboard and support global employees across our technology services e.g. G Suite, Windows OS, Salesforce, Zendesk, and more
- Manage IT Helpdesk, hardware inventory and office technology
- Maintain and protect network infrastructure, including ISP liaison;
- Oversee information security procedures, including maintaining company InfoSec website, completing customer questionnaires


- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, IT / IS Manager or similar role
- Solutions-oriented with a strong technical aptitude and high attention to detail
- Service focused and very responsive, working to the high standards of the global Office Services team
- Experience in high-tech/SaaS organization
- Experience working with Salesforce - required
- Fluent in English
