About the Role
- As the Business Operations Director- HR, you will report to Head of Business Operations and work closely with our HR team leadership. You will be engaged in both strategic planning and hands-on operations in supporting our hyper growth; Lead analysis of employee life cycle from hiring to termination, support in defining the HR team strategy, help Improve our hiring and retention. The Director of HR BizOps will be a focal point in Riskified road achieving its business goals and rapidly grow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Help Riskified to become a best in class, human-centric organization
- Develop an actionable and measurable set of KPIs to create visibility into our performance and data-driven decisions
- Support GTM decisions; perform research and other business analysis to help define Riskified's strategy
- Create on-going and ad-hoc analysis to track our performance, identify inefficiencies and generate actionable insights
- Own and implement our HR tools suite to support HR process and enable our team to execute its business plan
- Own Riskified’s yearly hiring planning

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years experience in a business role
- BSc in a quantitative discipline, MBA preferred
- Extensive experience in data analysis and process defining
- Experience with data management systems, HR systems - an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the natural ability to influence others outside direct control (matrix management)
- Ability to form strategic insights by analyzing various data sources
- Proactive approach, independent and autodidact
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Adaptable to a rapidly changing and growing environment
- Creative, out of the box thinker
- Worked at a Tier 1 management consulting firm - advantage
- Background in HR related positions - advantage
- Experience with HR tools and Tableau - advantage
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company - advantage
