We’re looking for a proactive problem solver with a business, analytical, and technical mindset, who is passionate about designing and improving processes, scaling new products, while managing complex portfolio operations.

What’s the Job?

As Working Capital Business Operations Associate you will design, implement, and manage core business and operational processes related to our Working Capital products. This is a hands-on role that will work cross functionally across the program with a focus on building and managing scalable solutions for a growing unit.

Key responsibilities include
- Design and implement operational solutions for strategic initiatives, partnership integrations, or product feature expansion
- Drive and manage key projects and initiatives from ideation through implementation that support growth and scale while minimizing cost and effort
- Work cross functionally with business, sales, customer support, and technical teams to manage day to day operations including product servicing, sales and customer support, and risk management
- Monitor and analyze business operations via qualitative and quantitative methods to report on progress, KPIs and SLAs, identify inefficiencies, and insights for optimization
- Document relevant policies, processes, and procedures for internal and external visibility and alignment

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience as a business operations associate, or comparable operational solution or analyst role, preferred experience in credit, fintech, risk, or startups
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication in English
- Strong data analysis skills and data driven mindset (excel necessary, SQL an advantage)
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, presenting, and executing
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
