- Manage reporting and handling of active portfolio accounts, creating visibility to portfolio performance and timely collections of accounts within the portfolio
- Build and manage technical and operational monitors, dashboards and data reports to identify and control operational risks, issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement
- Regularly analyze and audit processes and product through qualitative and quantitative data and identify opportunities to automate, strengthen, and reduce manual error
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to operationalize and document regulatory needs within our program and customer operations
- Be the liaison between our Working Capital program and external teams including Sales, Support, Operations, and third parties to manage incident handling, product updates, improvements, and bug fixes.
- Identify needs and requirements for additional internal tools or features upgrades, work with product and R&D to build and implement, test, and rollout to wider audiences

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience as an operations analyst or associate, product or risk associate, preferred experience in credit, fintech, risk, or startups
- Demonstrated ability to create processes, analyze systems, make data-driven decisions and facilitate execution
- Flexible and creative, with an ability to create and implement scalable solutions that solve complex problems
- Proactive and resourceful, identify the needs and figure out how to get stuff done
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in SQL and excel
