What’s the Job?

- Aligning operational departments with the business need of the Enterprise business
- Owning the end-to-end tracking of the business and operational metrics and delivering insights to the business and management on an ongoing basis
- Establishing and maintaining cross-functional communication to create better working tools for the global Customer Success and Business Development teams
- Collecting feedback from the different business teams, identifying processes and areas that need improvements and recommending solutions to improve the business infrastructure, reports, etc.
- Provide on-site and/or remote training for all business teams; preparing training content, presentations, documentation, demo’s, workflow diagrams, maintaining the Business knowledge etc.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management/operational role in a technological/Financial environment
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Energetic, motivated self-starter who is able to collaborate with various teams across the business
- Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills
- Proficiency in the following: requirements gathering, execution, troubleshooting, deployment, training
- Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting the financial impact
- Creative, independent problem solver
- Ability to perform under pressure

Not a must but a great advantage

- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools
- Experience in working and collaborating with remote teams to get things done
