WalkMe is looking for German Speaking, Strategic Business Development Representatives to join our team in Tel Aviv!
WalkMe is a cloud-based Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), designed to assist Enterprise companies in guiding and engaging prospects, customers, employees and partners through various applications and web-based services.
As an outbound BDR at WalkMe, you will be responsible for hunting, researching, and contacting potential Strategic customers.
What will you actually be doing:
- Sourcing, researching and contacting outbound leads
- Maintain contact with outbound leads to qualify and schedule decision-makers for sales calls
- Be responsible for building sales pipelines
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest and developing relationships with important stakeholders
- Disseminate opportunities and educate Account Executives as necessary
- Overcome prospect objections
- Update salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping.

Requirements
- Prior sales experience - Advantage
- Native German - must
- Fluent English - Must
- Past SaaS and SDR experience - Advantage
- Experience in working with SaaS products- Advantage
- Self-starter with a track record of self-management
- Pre-call planning and time management skills
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, google docs)
- Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Excited to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
