We're scaling rapidly and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Representative- German Speaker to join our awesome team.
We are looking for an effective communicator, a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling.
The Business Development Representative will work closely with the Account & Marketing team to reach out to decision-makers and create sales opportunities.
About The Role:
- Prospecting into strategic existing business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
- Drive sales growth and create pipeline together with account management team.
- Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect and existing accounts.
- Mapping Strategic and Enterprise Accounts to identify decision makers and create long term relationships
- Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling.
- Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
- Native or Fluent English, Native or Fluent German.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, goal oriented
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
- Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus
