Lead development of multiple new businesses and offerings for Payoneer. Develop business and product strategies, drive the execution and go-to-market efforts, lead cross-functional teams and assume overall ownership of the new initiatives. Among others, lead our business-unit’s API/integrations strategy, work on Payoneer’s entrance to merchant processing and more.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Devise deep business & product strategies informed by competitive analysis, customer engagements and more
- Iterate on product market-fit through detailed knowledge of customer needs
- Work with internal product and project teams to execute on the offering
- Design and drive a Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with the marketing department and the local teams
- Manage initiative post launch and assume ownership of initiative’s KPIs
- Support sales and partnerships efforts to customers and partners by providing training, case studies, etc. Participate ad hoc in driving specific deals
- Work with various operations teams (Customer Care, Risk management, Payments operations and more) on defining and meeting SLAs
- Lead internal communications about the initiatives and educate various functions about the potential, nature and needs of these new businesses & offerings


- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, venture-capital, investment-banking or strategy/bizdev teams in high-tech companies
- B.A/B.Sc. in an analytical discipline (Engineering, mathematics, economics, law, etc.)
- Strategic thinking coupled with ability to drive change end to end from concept to execution
- Self-starter who proactively seeks ways to improve
- Exercises professional judgment to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Extremely fast learner
- Vision and ability to provide innovative solutions to core business practices
- Ability to lead and project-manage across multiple functional areas
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to travel

Not a must but a great advantage
- Intra/entrepreneurial experience in a startup / growth company
- Worked for an online / high-tech / fin-tech company
- Led cross-company teams
- Led a business /product line and assumed revenue responsibility
- MBA from a top program in the US / UK / EU
