ARTLINK, a leading international art consultancy is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to develop new and existing accounts in EMEA region. The BDE will work independently, reporting to the Business Development Director (BDD) and the CEO.

* Lead the company’s business development efforts within Europe
* Receive leads from the BDD to contact, develop, arrange (online) meetings and (online) presentations with and drive to closure
* Online prospecting, generate leads and approach prospective clients
* Prepare quality responses to tenders and RFPs and develop quotes with BDD
* Arrange business trips and meetings for yourself, the BDD and the CEO
* Develop a good understanding of the company’s services and be able to promote them addressing or predicting potential clients’ objectives
* Work diligently with the company’s CRM system and be responsible for entering and managing relevant data.
* Provide trustworthy after-meeting reports *Keep abreast of trends and changes in the relevant markets.
* Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as required


* English mother tongue level is a must! Other languages are a plus.
* Proven working experience in business development or equivalent in Europe (2 - 3 years). Strong preference to experience within the hospitality segment.
* Proven sales track and/or business development record
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Willingness to travel as required
