- Lead a group of 8-10 business analysts
- Responsible for all marketing analytics aspects - tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations from game and marketing data to shape features, marketing campaigns, and future roadmaps
- Present analytics results, insights, and recommendations to marketing and games management
- Discover new metrics to measure marketing activities in order to utilize performance and marketing KPIs
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive insights that will help produce user acquisition and retention improvements
- Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment


- 3+ years experience of business or operational analysis in a management level position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Extensive Experience in SQL, R, SPSS, and Tableau
- Experience in the gaming industry or AdTech companies
- Experience in leading and coaching data mining initiatives
- Ability to communicate abstract analytical findings or concepts in simple business language
- Strong business acumen with exceptional numerical and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to develop clear executive-level presentations
- Experience in providing forecast scenarios under uncertainty
- Profound knowledge in direct marketing, experimental design, customer analytics, segmentation, and modeling
- Ability to work collaboratively, define the problem and identify solutions to resolve it in business and analytical settings
- Ability to think through problems and quickly develop solutions – a long-term approach to problem-solving
