OGC is a boutique Research and consulting firm based in Tel-Aviv and New York City, we specialize in market research-based strategy, innovation testing, and Voice of the Customer program design and optimization. We are seeking an Analyst to join our team.

Our mission is to help our clients become more insightful, create happier end-customers and uncover opportunities to grow their businesses. We employ a hands-on approach to research and consulting: we follow a comprehensive discovery process, apply advanced data analysis techniques using state-of-the-art tools, draw conclusions collaboratively in cross-functional teams and utilize workshops to foster action.

Our client portfolio is international, with a focus on US based, fortune 500 companies, across a variety of industries such as Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Software.

The ideal candidate for this position is a bright, detail-oriented self-starter, with a strong analytic and technical background, who is passionate about using data to help customers drive strategic decisions and business improvements.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to apply strong analytical and technical abilities to market research and customer experience and to gain expertise in working with global, fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:
- Support in execution of quantitative research and consulting projects from start to finish:
* Project design and management
* Programming surveys on an online surveying platform
* Data analysis

- Client Communication and engagement including building and delivering insights-based reports

The position is open for full-time however part-time position applications, may be considered relevant. While OGC is based in Tel Aviv, we allow the flexibility to work remotely up to several days a week unless specific project attendance is required.

Requirements

- B.A. / B.S. from a top university with outstanding grades (in a technical field or in social sciences - preferred) - currently completing degree also relevant
- Excel Proficiency - Using functions, charts, sorting and pulling data by logical conditions - Must
- Programming - e.g., SQL, Python - Advantage
- Knowledge of a statistical package such as SPSS, R, STATA, etc. - Advantage
- Strong sense of design in structuring PowerPoint presentations
- Detail oriented with strong attention to the smallest of details
- High quantitative aptitude including ability to reveal patterns in data
- Familiarity with a variety of quantitative analysis techniques
- Ability to build compelling insights-based reports and summarize findings
- Strong technical background or experience in acquiring new software skills quickly
- Excellent project management skills
- Independent work style, ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Speak and write English fluently - Must
- Ability to work flexible hours (inc. evening hours), as many of our clients are US based.
